Tivo on Plex

I’m looking for a way to watch live and recorded content over internet (i.e. not home wifi) on plex. Is this possible?
I know Tivo allows to view live and recorded content via the Tivo online or Tivo Android App but there isn’t a way to watch on an actual TV that I know of and no casting to Roku or Chromecast. However I was wondering if there was a Tivo Plex channel that would work.

Recorded TV can be watched on any Plex client, as long as the Remote Access feature in Plex is working in general.

Live TV is currently only released as a beta version for Android TV and iOS devices. More to follow.
Live TV and DVR are currently a Plex Pass feature.

ok so if I read this correctly I can setup hdhomerun at home with a plex server. Then I can use plex anywhere in the world to watch live and dvr context captured on hdhomerun OTA. Is that correct?

As soon as Live TV support has been added to the rest of the Plex clients
and Plex remote access is working in general (you should try this out first!)
then the answer is: yes, that is the idea behind it.
