Tivo stream 4K no DTS passthrough, if the movie has DTS or DTS-HD sound, then the movies are not played. At the same time, it works seamlessly in VLC and Kodi Matrix. Please fix it.

The Tivo 4K does not support DTS audio so it will not passthrough either. Not sure what VLC or Kodi are doing, but this will not work with the Plex app. The app should be either decoding it locally and then passthorugh as PCM or PMS will transcode to a supported audio format like ac3 and pass that.
If you are not getting any playback, then something is wrong and you’ll need to provide the Android logs after reproducing so we can take a look.
