TiVo Users Getting an Error - Unable to Start

I have multiple TiVo devices all saying the error that “Plex is unable to start due to an error”. The error tells me to Reset Plex and gives me a button. It does not work after that. I have reset the devices and the server. All other devices on the server work just fine, it is just the TiVo ones.

Server Version 1.16.1.1291. Windows 2010
