(Tizen) Plex transcoding most of the EAC3 (no all) to AAC and it makes video unwatchable

Server Version#: 4.76.1
Player Version#: 5.32.1

Hello. Plex is transcoding most of the EAC3 audio to AAC, but not all. Some EAC3 even Atmos plays just fine without any transcoding. So that’s the one problem. And even bigger issues is, that when it’s transcoding audio to AAC, it makes video stuttery and full of artifacts, so it’s unwatchable. I tried all possible settings, disabled transcoding on my Plex server (Synology DS418), but nothing helped. My TV is Samsung QN91A (75") and when I play same videos directly on my TV from network storage using default video player, it works just fine with EAC3 Atmos. So problem must be somewhere in the Plex app for Tizen. I tried to reinstall it today and I have the latests version, but it didn’t help. Btw I have also Android TV projector and Plex is working here fine. Same file works with EAC3 Atmos. Anyone has any idea how to solve this issue?

I installed all server and app updates since I reported it and issue is still there. How can I get somebody from Plex to investigate it since this is obviously software issue?

How can I report this bug?

maybe you have more than ~30 subtitles and are triggering the samsung limitation of 30 streams inside a file so it will transcode.
you need a remuxer to remove languages you don’t need so it will go with direct play.

That is correct ,more than 30 total streams results in audio transcoding. If the mkv file includes .pgs subtitles , it also results in audio transcoding even if you don’t enable them during playback.
