TNAS - Can not delete libraries or remove the server

I have a Terra Master NAS that I have set up.

I have loaded it correctly with all my videos files.

I created the Plex server on it and was running it for a few weeks. It then started acting up and I was trying to remove a few of the libraries I created.

It will not delete them. I have an older server running on my laptop that works just fine. Even pulling files from the NAS.

Does anyone know why I can not remove those Libraries? I would even be willing to remove the whole TNAS server and try fresh. But I can not seem to delete that server.
