Hello all,
I tried to move from one Terramaster NAS to another by simply moving all the HDDs to the new NAS. The OS etc did not need modifying, however Plex no longer works… I receive the error that I am not authorised to access the server, but when I follow the support article to reclaim the server, the preferences file does not contain the required information to delete. I’ve since tried uninstalling and reinstalling plex but the problem remains the same.
Any advice would be helpful, thank you.
