To many active streams

Having an issue where is says something went wrong playing your media. Please try again. Too many active streams. I have no other active streams. I have logged all other devices out and made sure nothing is streaming and I’m still getting this error when trying to stream. This all started about 3-4 weeks ago.

disable downloads for all ios devices and reboot the server. Should fix your issue.
