Thanks for your suggestion. Currently it’s only possible for individual users to set a „real name“ (alias) for themselves. There’s already an existing thread discussing an option to allow users to assign alias to their friends by themselves (and only visible to themselves). Please comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
