Total audio loss when playing video with EAC3 mono audio track on Fire TV 4K Stick

All my other Plex videos play fine using my Fire TV 4K stick but when I try to play a particular H264 file with an EAC3 mono track, no audio plays and the stick loses all audio output from then on, even the home menu movement ticks, until I restart the stick.

Audio plays fine from this video file when using Plex on my computer and phone. It also plays fine streamed from my Plex server to the VLC Fire TV app.

Does anyone know what might be going on or how I can fix this? Thanks!

Try updating to the latest client release on the fire stick.

Thanks for the help, I checked for updates under the Fire TV settings and it said everything was up to date, is there a way to force update?

For a fire stick I think you have to login to your Amazon Account and from their force the update if one is available.
