Some albums in Tidal have their tracks out of order. For instance, Sloan’s album Twice Removed has the tracks in this order: 1, 7, 9, 4, 5, 2, 12, 8, 10, 3, 6, 11. In order to listen to this album with the tracks in the right order, I’d have to create a new playlist - that seems to fix the order. But it’s kind of a silly workaround.
EDIT: I just noticed that creating a new playlist from an album with out-of-order tracks still preserves the incorrect track order. So the only way to fix the order is to:
- Create playlist (or add entire album to existing playlist)
- Using the Album view or other webpage with correct track numbers as a reference, drag the songs into the correct order in the playlist
