Trailers for Movies Not Working

Hi there - Still trying to sort this out. Trailers do not play on any of my devices. I think trailers may have stopped working after I changed the connection of my QNAP Ts-253Be server from a direct connection to my router to behind a Linksys gigabit ethernet switch.

In any event, whenever I try to play the trailer for a movie in my library, it just spools to 33% and says there is a playback error. This happens on my Roku TV, my PS5, and on my Mac. It is pretty frustrating, and I don’t know if it is a networking issue caused by the addition of the switch or something else entirely.

Any ideas about how I can sort this out would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i cant even get the option to view trailers on the app anymore, seems to be broken for qnap. used to work fine, about 4 updates prior
