Plex Won't Play Movie Trailers

Hi there - I am still trying to sort out an annoying problem with my Plex setup, which I think only manifested itself after I changed the connection of my QNAP Ts-253Be server from a direct connection to my router to behind a Linksys gigabit ethernet switch.

In any event, whenever I try to play the trailer for a movie in my library, it just spools to 33% and says there is a playback error. This happens on my Roku TV, my PS5, and on my Mac. It is pretty frustrating, and I don’t know if it is a networking issue caused by the addition of the switch or something else entirely.

Any ideas about how I can sort this out would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
