Trailers not appearing on most movies

Server Version#: 4.8.4
Player Version#: any
For some reason the past 4 months 95% of the movies I add do not get a trailer with it anymore. All of the meta data comes in fine and plays fine but not the trailers anymore. Even on major movies like “Stuber”.
The “FAQ’s” say that only Major movies will have the trailers but IMDB has the trailer on there and I have everything checked under “Agent” in the Plex Server Settings.

Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Do you have the trailer options under Settings, Extras checked?
