Hey guys 
Problem:
I have an issue with the trailers and extras on plex. Funny thing is, that sometimes they show up and somtimes they don’t! And yes I’ve enabled trailers and extras in the settings of my library.
My experience
I always assumed that the plex media server gets the trailer from themoviedb.org, but when I check the page for a movie I’m looking for (example Willy’s Wonderland), it’s there but on my plex server it won’t appear. And since a few months, this started to happen quite often (compared to previous movies I’ve added).
More information
My language is german, yes I checked the german moviedb, set the trailers to be load in that language (some will load, some won’t).
I tried to refresh metadata, remove bin, delete cache, restart PMS.
Yes, of course I got a plex pass 
Suggestions??
Any help would be appreciated so much!

Player Version#: doesn’t matter, only related to the server itself
