I did all that and I am also Plex Pass member for a few years now.
Reading your message above, I thought what the problem was, is that I used the Movie Database agent instead of the Plex Movies one. Well… I changed. Rescanned, refreshed all media, and still no trailers. There are movies which are very popular and surely have trailers.
And… this started happening just a few weeks ago. I used to have trailers for almost all movies (as it should be). Now I don’t.
What am I doing wrong?

The name of the movie is Aquaman. I believe it probably should have a trailer as it is so popular.

Which is the offending file though?
Since it is all files, couldn’t delete all of them.
I did what you said with the agents and rescanned everything and now I have trailers for all!
