Hi all.
I have been working on setting up trailers for my PMS for the last few days but no luck. I have gone through all the tutorials over and over but there is probably something small I am missing. For example, I am showing a trailer image and a bunch of Behind the scenes images below the poster of the movie I have chosen. So propagation is happening. But when I either click on the Trailer image or the Trailer icon (Top left hand side menu) I get a message of “There was a problem playing this item.” And when I try to do the same thing in a Plex client I get a message of “Unable to play media. Please check that this file exists and the necessary drive is mounted”
So there seems to be a streaming disconnect somewhere. I would also like to try using my own trailers but I have not been able to figure out how to connect the play trailer to go to my trailers directory.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
