Although Im a plex pass subscriber, trailers have stopped working. They were working a few builds back however they dont work on any system. Ive tried ps4, web, xbox1, iphone 7, etc. Its definitely not my internet connection. Im currently running plex on a windows pc. Any ideas why it stopped working a few builds back?

Which trailers? The ones associated with a movie that you manually play or the cinema trailers that automatically start before a movie?
No trailer will play. If I click the trailer icon that’s associated with every movie, its trailer won’t play. Additionally, I set my plex server up to play new trailers before every movie and those won’t play either. It’s odd because it used to work fine for both scenarios.

Ok, I will need to see logs from both PMS and from one of the clients when trying to play these trailers.
Can you tell me how to retrieve logs from pms and PS4?

Same thing started to happen with me around a month a go…
They play the first 3secs… and normaly stuck buffering after 3secs…
