@jej514 Your logs indicate that the video failed to play as direct play so it requested a transcode from the server, but the server refused. Has transcoding been disabled on the server?

@Tangs I need the logs as a text file as I mentioned a few post up.

As a courtesy I have copied @Tangs log to a txt for you… as you can see we are both experiencing the same failure codes from exoplayer when trying to play trailers.
