Trailers won't stream

Local trailers work fine, but nothing streams. Any thoughts?

There was a problem upstream at Plex with cinema trailers not working. This was fixed recently. Please make sure you are running the current version of PMS. If you already are, you can try to restart PMS which will trigger the fix if it hasn’t already been applied to you.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Plex server with no change.

What version of PMS did you use?

The newest update didn’t connect to my library so I had to rollback

1.0.3 does not have the PMS fix that is also needed.

I believe you need at least 1.1 but I’ll have to check. I know it was a recent release.
