Cinema trailers for upcoming theater and blu ray not working, library trailers working just fine

Server Version#: 1.26.2.5797
Player Version#: N/A?
Hello all. Been trying to figure this out for months if not more than a year. I have Plex Pass and have had it for quite some time. When enabling Cinema Trailers for movies already in my library, they work just fine. However, Cinema Trailers for only upcoming movies in theaters and/or blu-ray never work. If I select all three options, only library trailers work. If I select trailers for upcoming trailers for theaters, blu-ray, or both, no trailers play. I do have a pre-roll enabled, and that works just fine no matter which way I set my trailers. I’ve tried the very few troubleshooting methods available through Google, but nothing.

Plex finds the list of available trailers when it starts. Have you restarted PMS recently? If not, please do so and check again. If you still don’t get trailers, please provide the server logs starting from the restart.

I’ve restarted PMS many times. Please find my logs attached (from a restart of PMS). I’m also running the server on a Windows 11 desktop, but the issue also persisted when I was running it on Windows 10.

Your server is unable to download the list. I’ve not seen this error before. Let me look into it and get back to you.

You’re telling me! Haha, but thank you! I’ve been scouring the internet for a solution. I’ve even done a fresh Windows OS install on my laptop, reset it, uninstalled/reinstalled Plex, checked firewall settings, tweaked with settings in PMS probably 50+ times, checked my time/time zone settings on my PC, etc., etc., etc. Nothing has worked. I would be forever grateful if you could figure it out!

I don’t say this often (if ever), but can you turn on verbose logging, restart PMS, wait 1 minute and get me a new log. You can turn off verbose after.

Apologies, I was asleep. Please find attached the logs with ver

bose logging on. I ran it for about 5 minutes.

That didn’t work. I need you to turn on verbose logging, then restart PMS. The trailer stuff is at the beginning so the info I’m looking for isn’t there if you enable it after PMS is already started. Can you try again?

My apologies, I thought I did restart PMS after enabling verbose. But here ya go, this was after a fresh restart of PMS with verbose logging enabled and running for a minute.
