Ive been using Plex for years, and trakt after the plugin showed up.
Since then I’ve reinstalled and upgraded Plex server several times. Earlier pulling down “seen” status from Trakt has been no problem, but now nothing works. 
Update status works, so Trak reports progress on newly seen. But the episodes I have seen is not pulled back to the server.
With the new rigid plugin setup, I can’t run i manually either. I did try the webhook option with both Trakt and Plaxt (v2) and thy both report (as the old plugin) but no options for pulling down Trakt information to Plex.
Any input here anyone? I can’t possibly be the only one with this issue.
You’re not. But just like the rest of us you will have to learn to live with it.

The Trakt plugin stopped working for me several days ago as well. I moved to their Webhooks version but there’s not much we can do other than hope Plex adds more webhooks.
