Transcode Audio to EAC3-OPUS

Looking to see if anyone else is having this issue - here lately, my collection of TV shows and Movies are transcoding audio to this eac3-opus format which makes the sound very low which causes watching shows and movies difficult.

The server is running on my DS220+ with the latest version of Plex server. I am doing a direct stream from plex to my NVidia shield.

Anyway i can change the Plex server to format to the default quality?

To what is the Shield connected - tv, receiver, etc.?

Does that device support EAC3 audio?

If not, Plex will transcode it to a supported format.

The shield is connected to a Samsung TV.
