Issue description: Tested on dell wyse 5070 thin PC with nvidia tesla p4 or Quadro P600. The transcode exits when I switche to a lower resolution. Happens on all platforms (win10, synology dsm, unraid).
The most interest thing is Jellyfin on same platform works fine…
