Transcoder Crashing When Converting To AAC (bad block)

Server Version#: 3.83.1 Web Client
Player Version#: 1.15.4.919

When I try to play certain files that need to have just their audio transcoded I get the following error and transcoding never starts:

[Transcoder] [ac3 @ 0x8a1e00] new coupling strategy must be present in block 0
[Transcoder] [ac3 @ 0x8a1e00] error decoding the audio block

The files play fine in VLC and emby but do not play in plex and does not send any related errors to the client. Instead, the client just constantly sits loading. I do have hardware transcoding enabled, but even with it off the same error occurs.

Has anyone encountered this particular issue before?

Awesome thank you for the fast followup! Are you able to speak on the timeline for the fix? I tried older plex versions (even ones before the pipeline switch) and they all seemed to have the same issue.
