Transcoder error persistent after 6 months of updates

I’m on a Mac, streaming from an NAS directly attached to an airport extreme router that is hardwired into a 50 MBPS ethernet connection.

My plex server runs on a Macbook Pro latest OS version 10.14.4 (18E226) to a 4K Apple Tv which is also hardwired through ethernet – when not using that I remote stream to a PS4 or to my iPhone.

I’ve been having consistent transcoding errors for over 6 months now over all platforms with no luck finding a solution.

I keep all my apps updated automatically. I do NOT have malware bytes on my computer.

Had trouble determining what player version means – I put the number for the web client.
Any help would be so deeply appreciated!
