Transcoding issue, nothing will play

I run Plex Media Server on my Windows Server 2016 machine. Since the last 2 weeks I having issues playing shows/movies. Loading it on my iPhone, android tv box or even the webbrowser takes a while. All the apps on my iPhone and android tv box are the latest version that you can download.

First I was on the latest public server version. But today I updated to the latest version for Plex Pass users, but that didn’t helped also.

I searched the forums, but I could not found a solution that worked for me. I hope you can find something in the logs for this issue.

I was having a transcoder failed issue as well. Solved only when I downgraded to the latest public build. It never happened with directplay. I will be sticking with the public build until this gets figured out
