I tried recording a few things today and they show up as “There was a transcoder error” and don’t record the Movie/Show. “Convert Video While Recording” is set to OFF so I’m not sure why it is even trying to transcode the stream.

We need to see a log in order to troubleshoot this. Plex Media Server and Plex Tuner Service logs.
