Recording failed with error from transcoder

For the past few days all my shows have failed to record.
These are repeating shows that I’ve been recording every day for some time.
Here is what I find in Plex Media Server.log

The channel works fine with every app that can use the HD Homerun.
The HD Homerun log shows that it did started streaming to Plex and stoped after a few seconds

I just purchased plex pass and installed plex on new QNAP NAS and I’m using HD HomeRun Quattro. Everything is working as expected, Live TV is great. However, I set my first show to record this evening and when I just went to play it, a message is there stating “There was a transcode error.” Was not expecting this. I’m new to all this and hoping to kill DirecTV, but this won’t do. Where do I start in trying to fix this?

I’m having the same issue, same messages in Plex Media Server.log.
I found out that this problem occures only with HD channels / recordings. When a recording failed because of the transcode error, I changed it immediately and forced using a SD channel - recording instantly worked.
Might there be anything wrong with transcoder settings in case of HD? Or is it an issue with the tuner?
Would be great if the Plex team could give a hint how to solve this error.

While digging further in the logs I found this interesting Transcoder error at line 3 and the following message in line 4:

Is it possible to modify the args PMS passes to the Transcoder job?

Seems fixed with version 1.14.1.5488.
