Transcoder error

Every time I try to serve up video to ANY device on my home network (ChromeCast, Roku, LG TV), I get transcoder errors. I can sometimes start the video again, but it just keeps crashing. I have tried rebooting PMS and Windows, neither of which fixes the problem. I am attaching a log from a few days ago when I first started having the problem, as well as several from just a few minutes ago.

This only started happening in the last week or so.

I’ll chime in here and say that I am having the exact same issue, and on the same (Insider Preview) version of Windows. The update that fixed things for the stable Win build folks isn’t applicable to us, so I can only hope that the same fix makes it into the next Insider Preview update (Slow ring, in my case).

What a relief knowing I’m not alone! The only workaround I have discovered is to reboot the computer, although that still only works for a short time. Do you have any ideas or tips? This is so frustrating!
