Transcoding Adds Full File to Transcode Directory

Two weeks ago I started watching a 4K movie. 3/4 of the way through I stopped. Today I started watching again only to get “Conversion Failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.” Video is direct, audio is being transcoded. Console shows out of memory.

Plex transcode is to RAM. I have 32GB available. I start to play any movie now, 32GB is being used up and I run out. Switch to cache drive and I am up to 51GB being used, the exact size of the file.

Since when does Plex add the entire file to the transcode directory? Two weeks ago I had zero issues. Today, all kinds of problems running out of memory.
