Transcoding and Playback Errors on All Devices

One of my clients is experiencing multiple errors on any device after streaming for few minutes. Here are the two errors:
Amazon - Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.
Roku - Playback has stopped due to multiple playback errors. Please check your connection…

This has been occurring since April. Nothing has changed. The setup has been the same for 1-2 years. Everything has been up to date including Windows 10. This happens almost always. We’ve been struggling with this situation.
