I have been having some transcoding issues with any version of plex from 1.19.1.2621 and on where a stream that is transcoding will be stopped and a popup comes up and says “Playback Error Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.” I have tried re installing my GPU drivers (i have the patch to enable more transcoding to be done by the GPU outside of the Nvidia 2 transcode limit) which didnt work. I did some reading saw some people where able to fix this be disabling auto language and subtitle selection and disable auto scans when new content is add. Both of these did now work. the only thing that fixes the issue so far is going back to the update before 1.19.1.2621.
Has anyone else had this issue since April or a fix? I will attach my logs from today. And this issue seems to happen across all players and different files formats.
