Transcoder exited due to an error

After doing an update this week I continue to get a transcoder error and I have to restart my media over and over. This is ridiculous.
Setup:
Server
-Windows 10
-Plex server 1.13.2.5154
Apple TV
-Model A1625
-tvOS 11.4.1
Plex App
-Version 1.30 (9762)

There was an issue with a MS update. You more than likely need to update to receive the patch.
