Seems that it has a problem playing DV , Dolby Vision files – why ? Can this be fixed ?

Dolby Vision Profile 5 has no fallback HDR layer. It was created for streaming only.
Without the fallback layer, there is nothing to map color to.
The result is completely mismatched color
