Transcoding failing from Freenas 1.9 PMS server to Tivo.

Also movies that currently worked before only play about 5 seconds of videos on local machine. I have tried with numerous videos that were working previously.

I deleted and recreated my movies library to no success.

I ran analyze for my movies library to no success.

I ran analyze on the movie to no success.

I checked and there are no subtitles for the movie in question.

I removed my Transcode directory and let PMS recreate it to no success.

I chmod’ed the Transcode and subdirectories to 777 with no success.

I upgraded from 1.8 to 1.9 with no success.

I downgraded from 1.9 to 1.5.5 with no success. (This version was working fine previously)

Please find my server log attached.

Basically, at this point Plex Media Server doesn’t work for me. I’ll have to consider discontinuing my Plex Pass Subscription if I can’t fix it.

FYI FreeNAS daily report said that my transcoder exited with exit code 4. I can’t find any documentation on Transcoder exit codes to understands what exit code 4 means.

As a paying PlexPass subscriber, how do I go about getting someone to look into my issue? Why did I pay for a PlexPass subscription if no one will contact me when I have an issue. More than a little annoyed now with a lack of response.
