Transcoding file issue with HDR

i have a video file that is around a Bitrate 75295 kbps, its a HDR file.

the issue is that the file is unplayable on my video projector (4k and HDR capable) (using the plex app directly on it, not casting to it), and i can’t pinpoint the reason because :

1 - on the videoprojector when i try to play the file in original quality with HDR, i get good color and quality, but it lag, like its buffering every few second, i do not know if its because of the bitrate, i have yet to have another file with so much, so for now i can’t really compare
and if i use transcoding to lower the quality, i lose the HDR and all of the color are wash out for no reason

BUT

2 - i get no issue at all playing it on my pc with the plex server app, at max quality or with transcoding, in any situation i keep the color intact and its never laging

so why if my pc that is powerfull enough to run the plex server, transcode without any issue, connected to my network with RJ45 and using the wifi to transmit to a video projector with no wall and less than 3 meter away is having so much issue with that file ?

the video file spec are at the bottom of the message, but so fare i would say the app has an issue when it transmit the file.
