Video & Audio are transcoding then I think they should be direct playing.

Turn off Auto Adjust Quality. If Plex is auto-adjusting the quality, then it is transcoding.
From the support document: “Automatically adjusting the quality requires that the content be transcoded.”
Also, check any bandwidth restrictions on both the Plex Server and the client.
