Transcoder failure on latest update

Server Version#: 1.15.x
Player Version#: All
Seems the latest Plex Pass update has some playback issues. When I install version 1.15.x, I receive a playback error after about 5 minute, that the transcoder terminated. I rolled back to 1.14.x and it works just fine. I installed both the 1.15 update that was released on the 4th I believe it was, and the 1.15 update that just came out last night. Both have the same issue.

Have the same problem with Version 1.15.0.659 on Ubuntu 16.04
Maybe I should roll back to 1.14.x too if this works

@Akamaru92 It’s always the first thing I try after an update with issues. Obviously it’s not the correct way to fix it, but it at least gets your system back up and running. I share my Plex with about 40 users, so I get bombarded when it has issues.

Seems the latest Plex Pass update has some playback issues, plays MP4 files no problem with direct stream, direct play, has issues when transcoding MKV / MP4 files. Most players just buffer and you have to restart stream to get media to play again this happens about every 5min, the Chrome-cast buffers then skipped to the end of media if you restart media from same spot of crash works for about 5min then buffers and skipped to end of media. Very annoying trying to watch some media.
Only had this problem since latest update.
Another day of transcoding failures windows has a prompt that indicated Plex Transcoder has stopped working, had this prompt Three time today 10/02, service restarts automatically after you shut down, although users still have buffering and playback issues
Any advice would be appreciated.
