Greetings, I’ve had some issues lately with the transcoder. Normally it’s been working just fine but it falls short on a few files. I can provide the files, but the transcoder is adding skips in the video, and completely removes or mutes the audio track. So far I’ve had it happen to two files.
I can confirm when the file is played without transcoding at original quality, the issue goes away, and the file plays like normal, without skips, and with audio.
What’s the deal? Is there a setting I can change? Perhaps a specific log I can provide to help with fixing the issue?
