I’ve have been getting issues occasionally where my video playback will just cut to buffering and hang. When it happens, I see in the logs:
[TranscodeOutputStream] Session appears to have died from under us
I can restart it right away, but some times it will only play a few seconds to a few mins before happening again. I’m HW transcoding on a i9-10900k, to my ram (64GBs of ram).
If I direct stream, the problem doesn’t happen.

Edit: I’ve tried:
Rebooting plex container
Rebooting Roku TV
Moving Transcode to SSD from ram
Different show
Disabled HW Transcoding
All the same results. I’m specially only transcoding subtitles on the roku TV. If I turn off the sub titles it direct plays, and the issue no longer happens.
