Hello everyone,
I’ve been running a plex server for a while now and recently bought the plex pass for hardware transcoding. This works fine on my PC & iPhone.
Only I wanted to let a friend of mine also watch with his android phone & PC and when he wants to convert I see that he does not use the hardware transcoding and therefore draws the CPU of my server 100%. Also with my other iphone it doesn’t use hardware transcoding. Same account same model. Does anyone know why?
Al tested with the same movie and same settings.
