Just setting up RasPlex and having terrible problems with playback stuttering, can anyone give a list of what filetypes can be played direct and what needs to be transcoded? Just want to test it with something I know it will play.

Overclock your raspberry and use a wired connection, you will be able to play 20Mbit/s content.
I think all filetypes can be played directly, but its not capable to decode DTS.
Oh and use a good power supply. I got myself a 2A Samsung for like 10€.
I'm using a wired connection at the moment (Not tried wireless yet). I'm currently just powering it from a USB port on my Mac Pro, but I do have a PSU.
It seems to play SD content OK, although the quality isn't great. 720p content seems to make it crash and reboot :(
use the PSU and overclock it. just edit the config.txt on you sd card.
there is a table with clock speeds. Use the 950 MHz settings.
That seems to have helped a lot.. thanks.
