Transfer of database and files from local disk to NAS

I want to transfer database and files from local hard drive to NAS device (Synology DS 124+), without losing the database with movies TV series and music?

Switch of server platform is a very involved procedure. Only attempt it if you are comfortable with both platforms.
It is not a one-click operation.
