Transfer Playlists from one PC/Server to a new PC/Server

I just moved my Plex server from one PC (source) to another (destination). However, it doesn’t appear that my playlists are working on the destination PC. I made sure that my external hard drives, which contain all of my media, are labeled as they were on the source PC, and the folders remain the same. So, I think the playlists would be pointing to the same destination. The playlists exist on the destination, and they can be played, however they cannot be viewed, and I am unable to add any music to an existing playlist. Not sure what I did wrong, or what I need to do further?

Sorry but I’m a bit confused… you cannot see them but you can play them?

How did you migrate to the new server – have you followed the guide on moving an install to a new system?

My apologies for being unclear. I can see the playlist option in my menu, on the right of my screen. And then I can see all of my playlists, but when I click into them, to see their contents, I get an error message: “There was an unexpected error loading this item
Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems”

So, I am unable to see what tracks are in the playlist. Though, it seems to play fine. Also, I am unable to add new tracks to an existing playlist. I’m receiving the same error message.

Your server logs might show if there’s a problem with the database or what actually goes wrong when you try to play an item from a playlist. Do you have the same issue if you start playback of the same video from your library (instead of a playlist)?

I downloaded the logs, but have no idea what to do with them. I can’t make any sense of or understand what they’re saying.

I only have music playlists, no video playlists. And again, I can play the playlist, but I can’t see the actual list or edit it.
