Transferring plex to another PC

I now have Plex (for windows) on a Windows Server 2019 Essentials.
But I’m having difficulty with the server. Nothing to do with Plex however.
But I want to use Plex on another PC with Windows 10 Pro.

What is the best way to " transfer" all libraries to another PC without reclaiming a new server or to install/scan all files again ?
