I get this error on on mobile connection only, and not with all movies. Some will oad up and play right away.

Still looknig for some advice. I forgot to add I’m using a rtx 3060 for transcoding. Tried a differnet movie this morning. This doesnt happen with all movies, just new imports into Plex.

delet perms.txt in your appdata → Plex and restart the Container
I do not have that file in Plex folder. I’m geussing maybe the media folder is the one.
open perms.txt and look whats insight

delet that file and restart your container

Now when on mobile and not wifi i’m getting this error, but the movie still played over mobile data.
