New user and I tried to upgrade to Plex Pass. I got the page that had the 3 payment plans and notice that the Lifetime membership had increased to $149.99. I purchased it anyway, figuring that there was a price increase. The payment went through Apple, and being new I figured that this was how billing was done. Was I ever wrong…after some research I realized the $30 increase was for an IOS app fee! Now I ordered the upgrade in the normal manner on the Plex website and never got directed to any app store!
After a ton of phone calls to Apple and emails with Plex, I decided to eat the $30. I have 2 questions I need help with.

Plex still does not recognize that I upgraded to Plex Pass. Since I purchased the IOS App what is the process for the Plex Pass membership to take effect?

In the interim, my plex connection with HD Homerun was lost. Was this because of the IOS app fiasco? If not how do I get Plex to re recognize HD Homerun?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
