Plex Media Server Logs_2025-11-04_10-39-35.zip (6.3 MB)

Every time I try to stream a channel, my phone just spins loading forever. After several attempts, I finally get it playing, and after 5 minutes to 30 minutes, it drops the stream, and I start all over.

My Plex home server is Windows 11 Pro latest version, with Intel i7-12700K with 2 Nvidia Quadro cards, P2200 and P4000, set for hardware transcoding and the stream shows HW My internet is Verizon Fiber 1000/1000 my Network is Deco XE75 with Cat 5e wired with Netgear 1000 switch connecting to 4 HDHomeRun cable boxes with Comcast Cards. Network speed is 940/950. My remote location 90 miles away has Fiber 500/500 Wifi 6 and my Phone is 20 feet from the Wifi unit. And hard to get streams to work. So I came home did the same with my phone 10 feet from the Deco same results :frowning:

The HDhomerun works great on the server recording TV Shows with no trouble.

The community thanks your for beta testing.

NOTE: While the transcoder update included in this release does not include any new features it has been refreshed from the ground up. Even though this has undergone significant testing internally as well as in a forum preview build we realize there still may be some issues to work out so this build will stay in beta for longer than usual to give us time to find and address any lingering bugs.

defiantly seems like the new transcoder does not like something about that particular channel. it looks like your logs have verbose enabled which defiantly makes them hard to read. can you please turn that off and reproduce again? Also, i could use a sample of your livetv channel if your willing:

the command should capture it should be something like:
curl http://“hdhomerunip”:5004/auto/v"channel" --output filename

for example: curl http://10.0.85.228:5004/auto/v5.1 --output brokenStream.ts
