I am not sure why this movie refuses to play on web browser seems to play fine from Iphone or LG TV

I had this problem twice. And I narrowed it down to the codec. There are many different profiles inside a container. For instance, I had a x265 HEVC with FLAC audio. PLEX does not play FLAC in videos. At least when it comes to my Roku Box and Samsung SmartTV.
