Trouble removing old server

I had an install of Plex Media server on my MacBook Pro for some testing. I removed the server from my plex account using the Web App. I then removed the Plex Media software from the computer.

I am having a problem where one of my managed users still sees the old server, but the main Plex account does not see the server. The managed user does not have permission to remove the server and the Plex account user cannot see the server. How do I remove this listing?

Open the managed user’s Plex client and perform a ‘Switch User’ to your own user account (or some other managed user). Then switch back.

If that doesn’t work, Sign Out the app from your plex account and back in.

Didn’t work. Do you think I need to delete cookies from my browsers? When I did the switch and switch back it was still listed. After I logged out of my plex account and then logged back into it and switched to the managed user, the old server is still listed.

Is the old server still listed here ?
https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms

Yes. In fact I had two older servers there. One from 2 mos. ago and one from 2 years ago. I removed those from there and it has fixed the problem.

So, they way I thought I removed it was, when I clicked on the server, with the warning icon using my plex account, it gave me the option to remove. So, I did. I didn’t come to this screen to double check.

Thanks for your help.
